Exterior Paint Information

New color schemes have been adopted for immediate use in Summer Meadows.

Available color schemes consist of 3 colors:

1. house color
2. pop-out color
3. wood trim color

The wood trim is the wood around the base of the roof and the framing of the door.

The entry door may be the trim color or the house color.

Houses with the large varnished wooden doors may remain that color.

Garage doors are to be same as house color except using metal paint.

Remember, we don't look good if you don't look good, so...
Get those brushes out and start painting!
