The board has chosen new paint colors for the exterior of our homes. We now have 15 schemes from which to choose. Each scheme consists of 3 colors: base coat, pop-outs, and trim. The colors may be viewed at any Board Meeting. When you are ready to paint file an Architectural Committee Submittal Form with the home office and a member of the ARC will call for an appointment to show you the colors. Paint samples will be left with you that you may give your painter or take to a paint store for color matching. We will expedite your request ASAP and looking forward to serving your needs
