The most compelling advantage of living within a homeowners association is the ability to regulate the exterior appearance of the home and property for the mutual benefit of the community. This ensures a much higher resale value for the homes and a more enjoyable community. Ownership of common areas creates shared interests with neighbors and often provides a place for recreation.
The association's responsibility is to manage your fees, maintain the common areas for all homeowners, and enforce the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) within your community.
Associated Asset Management is the property management company contracted to manage the Summer Meadows Homeowners Association.
Homeowner fees are assessed semi-annually on the first of January and July.
